It is distinguished by a mélange look in the pile weave created by a special dyeing and finishing process. The basis of this quality is 100 % polyester.

The colour palette is typical of Chivasso and consists of 46 varied tones ranging from classical natural colours to faded blues and greens reminiscent of the depths of the oceans, to pastel aqua nuances and honey-coloured yellow and gold. Breathtaking accents are provided by vigorous coral and fruity reds.

The fundamental difference between warp-knitted and weaved velvets is that the warp-knit velvets are not produced according to the principles of warp and weft, i.e. thread crossing, it is rather the case that several threads are combined through knitting.
